Barbara was born in a small town in northeastern Washington state, about 23 miles from the Canadian border. After highschool, she moved to Seattle where she got a job at the phone company and married Charles Wagner who was in the Air Force. They got transferred to Sacramento CA where she continued working at the phone company. Five years later they moved to Las Vegas due to her husband's Airforce transfer, where she's been ever since. Barbara got her real estate license in 1983 and has been listing and selling real estate ever since. Due to her service background at the telephone companies and mission orientation from the military influence, Barbara believes communication is key in accomplishing your mission and building a  relationship.
 
Barbara is a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation earned by only 5% of the Realtors. She is also an Accredited Staging Professional and has been a member of the Professional Standards Committee at the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors for six years.

Barbara's clients come first. However, for relaxation Barbara enjoys gardening, catering to her pets and worldwide travel.
